EC 135 ADAC (german rescue service)
==============================

This is my first FSDS helicopter project. It is the second release now, may be there will be a better version in the future.
The used panel/sound is the original FS2K panel/sound, so everybody is able to enjoy this helicopter. But I suggest you to use the good looking EC 135 panel of Dirk Weinberg and the original EC_sound available at Keith´s Vitual Helipad (file : EC135panacsgps12 at internet page : KeithT777@aol.com).

Thanks to Ian Standfast for permission to use the rotorblade_bmp.

The EC 135 is the result of testing a new type of helicopter. At the beginning in 1988 there was the MBB BO 108. By cooperation between the german MBB and the french Aerospatiale (now Eurocopter) the EC 135 was born. The first EC 135 flew in 1991. Because of its new rotor systems (tail rotor system is called fenestron and it reduces the turbulences between main rotor an tail rotor) it is a very low noise helicopter.

The EC 135 with the callsign "Christoph 16" and in the colors of the german automobile club ADAC servs in Saarbruecken ( a small town in the southwest of germany / population : 190.000) since 1999.
The action area is 70 km around the helicopter base.
The pilots served before in the german airforce, the german border police, or the german police. If you have luck and also enough time in flight as pilot in command (2500 hrs or more), you may be able to change to the ADAC to serve as a rescue pilot. Actually you have a wage of about 8000 Deutsche Mark. The working day usually starts at 07.00 a.m. and it ends at sunset.

This project is dedicated to all rescue pilots. Thanks for your important work.
Also dedicated to Steffen Rabe. He worked for the german "flyers magazine" and died in 2000 at 41 years.
And also dedicated to all designers. Let us make the FS much more better (especially vfr).
